Decision

Ottawa, 20 February 1992
Decision CRTC 92-116
Canadian Broadcasting Corporation
La Tuque, Quebec - 912813300
Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1992-1 dated 7 January 1992, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CBME La Tuque by changing the frequency from 990 kHz to 830 kHz.
The CBC has indicated that this change in frequency should not significantly affect CBME's coverage area but is necessary to eliminate night-time interference presently received from CKIS Montréal on the 990 kHz frequency.
Allan J. Darling
