The Commission has received the following applications:
1. HAMILTON (PART OF) AND STONEY CREEK, Ontario
Application (920260700) by ROGERS CABLE TV LIMITED, 1 Valleybrook Drive, 5th Floor, Don Mills, Ontario, M3B 2S7, to amend the broadcasting licence to carry on the cable distribution undertaking serving part of Hamilton and Stoney Creek as follows:
- by deleting the distribution of WQLN (PBS) Erie, Pennsylvania, received off-air, on the basic service; and
- by distributing, at its option and as part of the basic service, the programming service of WNEQ-TV (PBS) Buffalo, New York, received off-air, pursuant to paragraph 10(1)(j), of the Cable Television Regulations (1986).

2. OWEN SOUND, Ontario
Application (920148400) by BAYSHORE BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licence to carry on the radio programming undertaking for CFOS Owen Sound, byincreasing the daytime power from 5,000 to 7,500 watts.
The licensee states that the power increase will not materially extend the station's coverage area but is intended to strengthen its signal strength within its local market.

3. SAULT STE. MARIE, HEYDEN, GARDEN RIVER, ECHO BAY, Ontario
Application (920431400) by MACLEAN HUNTER CABLE TV (SAULT) LIMITED, operating under the name of Maclean Hunter Cable TV, 80 Worcester Road, Etobicoke, Ontario, M9W 1K7, to amend the broadcasting licence to carry on the cable distribution undertaking serving the above-mentioned localities as follows:
- by deleting the distribution of WCML-TV (PBS) Alpena, Michigan, received off-air, on the basic service; and
- by adding a condition of licence allowing the licensee to distribute, at its option and as part of the basic service, the programming service of WNMU-TV (PBS) Marquette, Michigan, received via microwave from Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.
The applicant states that approval of this proposal will provide improved signal quality and reliability.
