| Radiomutuel Inc. has requested the revocation of its licences for the AM radio programming undertakings in Montréal, Quebec City, Trois-Rivières and Sherbrooke, as well as that for its AM radio network. | |
| In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licences issued to Radiomutuel Inc. for CJMS Montréal, CJRP Quebec City, CJTR Trois-Rivières, CJRS Sherbrooke as well as the licence for the AM radio network. | |
