The Commission has received the following application:

1. PALMBERE LAKE, Saskatchewan
|
|
Application (940459100) by the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radiocommunication) distribution undertaking CBKDT-1 Palmbere Lake, by increasing the power from a transmitter power of 8.9 watts to an effective radiated power of 420 watts.
|
|
The Corporation indicates a better quality off-air signal would be received at CBKDT-2 La Loche, Saskatchewan. Service would be extended to the community of Turnor Lake, whose population of approximately 325 has been unserved until now.
