IN THE MATTER OF an application filed by BC TEL under Tariff Notice 3535 dated 23 October 1996, pertaining to the company's Long Distance Message Toll Service, for approval of tariff revisions to: (1) change the name of Teleplus Service to TelePlus Extra Service, and (2) provide changes to the discount rates and structure.

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 5 December 1996 are approved on an interim basis.
