The Commission has received the following applications:

WESTERN CANADA AND TERRITORIES REGION

1. REGINA, Saskatchewan

Application (952914000) by REGINA CABLEVISION CO-OPERATIVE to amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Regina, as follows:

-  by deleting the condition of licence authorizing the distribution, at its option, of WTOL-TV (CBS) Toledo, Ohio, as part of the basic service; and

-  by adding a condition of licence authorizing the distribution, at its option, of WCCO-TV (CBS) Minneapolis, Minnesota, as part of the basic service.

2. PENDER HARBOUR, British Columbia

Application (952706000) by COAST CABLE COMMUNICATIONS INC., 5381 - 48th Avenue, Delta, British Columbia, V4K 1W7, for approval to:

a)  interconnect the class 2 (cable) distribution undertaking (fewer than 2,000 subscribers) serving Pender Harbour with the class 1 undertaking serving Sechelt/Gibsons with its headend located at Davis Bay; and

b)  delete the local headend located at Pender Harbour.

In the event that the application is brought to the oral phase of a hearing it would be helpful to the Commission if you would provide reasons why your written comments are not sufficient and an appearance is necessary;

-  a true copy MUST be sent to the applicant and a proof of such sending must accompany the original sent to the Commission;

-  the intervention must be received by the CRTC and by the applicant ON OR BEFORE the deadline date indicated below. The Commission cannot be held responsible for postal delays;
