  Transfers of control
  The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A98-0005 dated 27 January 1998, the transfers of effective control of cable distribution undertakings serving the communities of Sturgeon Lake, Bobcaygeon and Fenelon Falls (i.e. Cable Cable Inc., Bobcaygeon Cable Inc. and Fenelon Cable Inc., respectively).
  Currenlty, both Cable Cable Inc. (CCI) and Bobcaygeon Cable Inc. (BCI) are owned 50% by Mr. Anthony Fiorini and Ms. Ann Fiorini and 50% by Mr. David Pendlebury and Ms. Margaret Pendlebury. Fenelon Cable Inc. (FCI) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CCI.
  The transfers of effective control will be effected via a series of share transfers in which the 50% voting interests of Mr. David Pendlebury and Ms. Margaret Pendlebury in CCI and BCI will be acquired by Mr. Anthony Fiorini and Ms. Ann Fiorini through BCI and CCI. Consequently, Mr. Anthony Fiorini will assume effective control of the three cable distribution undertakings in question.
  Following the transactions, BCI will be owned by Mr. Anthony Fiorini - 68.75% and Ms. Ann Fiorini - 31.25%, CCI will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of BCI, and FCI will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of CCI.
