Telecom Order CRTC 99-1023

 

On 23 August 1999, Bell Canada (Bell) filed an application for approval of revisions to General Tariff Item 685, Small Business Offer, introducing a Winback Promotion whereby customers who return to Bell from an alternate provider of local exchange service will receive a one-time credit of $40.00 per Small Business Offer installed.

1.The application was approved on an interim basis on 14 September 1999 under Telecom Order CRTC 99-890.

 

2.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

 

3.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The application is approved on a final basis.
