The Commission approves Bell Canada's request to provide for a channel bank arrangement located in the company's central office to convert 24 analogue channels to digital channels.
 

Bell Canada filed the application on 11 December 2000 to add Item D-605(g) to its Special Facilities Tariff.
 

The revisions take effect on 20 December 2000.
