Ottawa, 14 janvier 2000
On 22 December 1999, Télébec ltée filed an application for approval of a SmartTouch Services promotion called "Sécur Étoile" which entitles residential customers who subscribe for the first time to the inside wiring "SécurFil" maintenance plan, to receive one of the many SmartTouch services for one month on a free-trial basis, from 8 February to 17 March 2000.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
