Promotion
The Commission approves Northern's request to introduce a sales promotion from 30 March 2000 to 31 December 2002.
Residential and business customers upgraded to individual line service or provided with new service via the Service Improvement Plan may use any one eligible feature or Smart Package for two months at no charge.
Northern filed this application on 10 March 2000 to revise Section N490 of its General Tariff.
