Agreements

The Commission approves on an interim basis the following agreements between AT&T Canada Telecom Services Company and Maritime Tel & Tel Limited:

a)     a Message Relay Service Agreement;
b)     an Interconnection Agreement for the Provision of 9-1-1 Service to a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier;
c)     a Master Agreement for Interconnection between Local Exchange Carriers; and

d)     a Master Agreement for CLEC-IXC Interconnection.

AT&T Canada filed its application on 4 April 2000.
