Order CRTC 2000-36

On 16 December 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) filed an application for approval of revisions to General Tariff Item 585, Centrex Service, introducing Centrex Combined Voice Mail, an optional feature which provides Centrex MESSAGEMANAGER or National Centrex (NC) MESSAGEMANAGER customers with the capability to have voice messages from two telephone numbers associated with TCI access services, directed to a single MESSAGEMANAGER or NC MESSAGEMANAGER mailbox.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The application is approved effective 1 February 2000.
