| The Commission approves Bell Canada's request to introduce a Winback Promotion and an Existing Customer Promotion. | |
| The Winback promotion will provide customers who return to Bell Canada from an alternate provider of local exchange service with a $120 one-time credit for each Local Link Package local that they have installed upon their return. | |

The Existing Customer promotion will waive the service connection charges for the installation of Local Link Package locals. |
|
| Bell Canada filed this application on 23 December 1999 and amended it on 5 April 2000 to revise Item 680 of its General Tariff. | |
|
These revisions take effect on the date of this order.
