Re: Application No. 200100131 - Approved Change of control of Network Television International Inc. NTI Tamil Service, a recently approved category 2 specialty service

Dear Mr. Koneswaran:

The Commission approves the above-noted application for authority to change the effective control of Network Television International Inc. (NTI Inc.), to become the licensee of the recently approved Category 2 Specialty service to be known as the NTI Tamil Service. The transaction involves the transfer of 49% of the voting interests held by Mr. Peethambaran Koneswaran in NTI Inc. to the other existing shareholder, Mr. Phillip P. Koneswaran, who currently holds 51% of the voting interests of NTI Inc.

The Commission will modify its ownership records to reflect the authorized ownership of NTI Inc. as shown in the attached appendix.

All letters of approval issued by the Commission are made available for public examination at the Commission's central office and at the Toronto regional office. The Commission also requires you to append this letter to your licence.
