CIAX-FM Windsor - Licence amendment

1.

The Commission approves the application by Carrefour Jeunesse Emploi - Comté Johnson in order to amend the broadcasting licence of the Type B community radio programming undertaking, CIAX-FM Windsor, in order to increase the weekly broadcast time of the station from 104 to 126 hours.

This application is consistent with the Community radio policy, Public Notice CRTC 2000-13, 28 January 2000, according to which community radio licensees who wish to reduce or increase their weekly broadcast time by more than 20% must obtain the Commission's prior approval.

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.
