  Revocation of licence

1.

Ivan Schryer, doing business under the style of "Chapeau Cable Co." has requested the revocation of its licence for the cable distribution undertaking authorized to serve Chapeau and Chichester.

2.

Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Ivan Schryer, doing business under the style of "Chapeau Cable Co." for the above-mentioned undertaking.
