Deadline to commence operations

1.

The Commission approves the application by Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Newfoundland and Labrador for an extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the transmitters of VOAR Mount Pearl, authorized in Addition of FM transmitters of VOAR Mount Pearl, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-49, 20 February 2002.

This is the applicant's second request for an extension of time limit to commence the operation of these transmitters.

The transmitters must be operational at the earliest possible date and in any event no later than 20 February 2004, unless a request for an extension of time is approved by the Commission before this date. In order to ensure that such a request is processed in a timely manner, it should be submitted at least 60 days before this date.
