CJKX-FM Ajax and its transmitter CJKX-FM-1 Sunderland - Technical change

1.

The Commission approves the application by Durham Radio Inc. to change the authorized contoursof its transmitter CJKX-FM-1 Sunderland as a result of an increase in the average effective radiated power (ERP) from 3,000 to 5,000 watts.

2.

The licensee indicated that the increase in the ERP will improve the quality of the signal.
