Pickering College Corporation, on behalf of a
not-for-profit corporation to be incorporated

  Application 2006-0755-9
Public Hearing in the National Capital Region
14 November 2006

Erratum

1.

In Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2006-10, 14 September 2006, the Commission announced that Pickering College Corporation, on behalf of a not-for-profit corporation to be incorporated, had applied for a broadcasting licence to operate an English-language instructional campus FM radio programming undertaking in Newmarket, Ontario, and that the new station would be a very low-power radio programming undertaking, operating on frequency 102.7 MHz (channel 274VLP) with an effective radiated power of 5 watts. Following the publication of Instructional campus FM radio station in Newmarket, Ontario, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2007-47, 1 February 2007 (Decision 2007-47), the Department of Industry informed the Commission that it had approved an amendment to the original application stating that the new station would be classified as a low-power, and not a very low-power, radio programming undertaking.

2.

Accordingly, the Commission hereby corrects Decision 2007-47 by replacing the term "very low-power" (VLP), specified in the summary and in paragraphs 1, 6 and 10, with the term "low-power" (LP), as it relates to the approved undertaking.
