Presentation and additional information added to the public record and amendments to items 11 and 18
  Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Consultation CRTC 2009-157, 2009-157-1, 2009-157-2, 2009-157-3 and 2009-157-4, the Commission announces the following:
  The Commission announces that the Association des radios régionales francophones (ARRF) will be making a presentation to the panel at the commencement of the hearing at 9:00 a.m. in connection with a study concerning its members as more fully described below. The presentation will be followed by clarification questions if required. The first applicant is expected to be heard at 9:30 a.m.
  The study consists of two documents entitled "Cahier 1 - Étude 2009, Portrait des membres" and "Cahier 2 - Vision d'ensemble : les contextes - données connexes au sondage." The study has been placed on the public record.

  Application by 591991 B.C. Ltd. to renew the broadcasting licence for the French-language commercial radio programming undertaking CKRS-FM Chicoutimi. The licence expires 31 August 2009.
  It appears to the Commission that the licensee may have failed to comply with sections 2.2(5) and 2.2(8) of the Radio Regulations, 1986 concerning the broadcast of French-language vocal music and the broadcast of Canadian content for category 2 music during the broadcast week of 14 to 20 September 2008.
  The licensee may have also failed to comply with section 2.2(5) of the Radio Regulations, 1986 concerning the broadcast of French-language vocal music during the broadcast week of 29 March to 4 April 2009. The licensee may have also failed to comply with its condition of licence that stipulates that not less than 50% of the programming broadcast during the broadcast week be drawn from category 1 (Spoken Word).
  The Commission intends to inquire into this matter at the hearing.
  This station has been monitored by Commission staff. A copy of the monitoring report has been placed on the licensee's public examination file and can be obtained by contacting the Commission documentation centres.
