CJTK-FM-1 North Bay and its transmitter CJTK-FM-4 Mattawa – Administrative renewal
1. The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the French-language commercial radio programming undertaking CJTK-FM-1 North Bay, Ontario and its transmitter CJTK-FM-4 Mattawa to 31 August 2014, subject to the terms and conditions of licence in effect under the previous licence as set out in Christian music FM radio station in North Bay, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2005-392, 11 August 2005.
2. This decision does not dispose of any issue that may arise with respect to the renewal of this licence. The Commission will consider the renewal of this licence at a later date, and interested persons will have an opportunity to comment at the appropriate time.
