Various independent discretionary services operating under a group-based approach – Administrative renewals

1. The Commission renews the broadcasting licences for the independent discretionary services operating under a group-based approach set out in the appendix to this decision from 1 September 2023 to 31 August 2024, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licences.
2. This decision does not dispose of any issues that may arise with respect to the renewal of these licences, including any non-compliance issues.

Services that form the Blue Ant Group for the purposes of group-based licensing

Blue Ant Television General Partnership^{Footnote 1} is the licensee, unless otherwise specified. These services were last renewed in Blue Ant – Discretionary services – Licence renewal, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2018-291, 21 August 2018.

Services that form the WildBrain Group for the purposes of group-based licensing

WildBrain Ltd. is the licensee, unless otherwise specified. These services were last renewed in Family Channel, Family CHRGD and Télémagino – Licence renewals, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2018-228, 5 July 2018.
