In English-language commercial speciality (Religious music) FM radio station in Oromocto, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2024-28, 9 February 2024 (Broadcasting Decision 2024-28), the Commission approved an application by Gospel Music Radio Inc. (Gospel Radio) for a broadcasting licence to operate an English-language commercial speciality (Religious music) FM radio station in Oromocto, New Brunswick.
In that decision, the Commission proposed to make orders imposing on Gospel Radio the various conditions of service set out in Appendix 2 to the decision and invited interested persons to make representations only on the proposed orders. The Commission did not receive any representations.
In light of the above, and pursuant to subsection 9.1(1) of the Broadcasting Act,the Commission hereby makes the orders imposing conditions of service on Gospel Music Radio Inc. in respect of the new English-language commercial speciality (Religious music) FM radio station in Oromocto, New Brunswick, as set out in Appendix 2 to Broadcasting Decision 2024-28.
