Subject: Saskatchewan Telecommunications Tariff Notice 381 – Local Service Request (LSR) Rejection Charge
Dear Kevin Spelay:
On 13 May 2024, the Commission received an application from Saskatchewan Telecommunications proposing to add a new Tariff item, a Local Service Request (LSR) Rejection Charge, to its Competitor Access Tariff CRTC 21414.
Commission staff is still analyzing the application. As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
