Exempted regional video-on-demand undertaking – Revocation of licence
- The Commission received an application by Access Communications Co-operative Limited in which it has confirmed its eligibility for exemption in accordance with the terms and conditions of the exemption order for video-on-demand undertakings (Broadcasting Order 2023-332), set out in Appendix 2 to Broadcasting Regulatory Policy 2023-331.
- Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to section 9(1)(f) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Access Communications Co-operative Limited for the undertaking serving Regina and White City, Saskatchewan, originally granted in Broadcasting Decision 2008-342.
- The operator of this undertaking must, at all times, comply with the criteria contained in Broadcasting Order 2023-332.
