CHAT-TV Medicine Hat – Revocation of licence

1. Pattison Media Ltd. has requested the revocation, effective 3 June 2025, of its broadcasting licence for the English-language television programming undertaking CHAT-TV Medicine Hat, Alberta, last renewed in CFJC-TV Kamloops and its transmitters, CKPG-TV Prince George and its transmitter, and CHAT-TV Medicine Hat – Licence renewals and licence amendments, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2023-414, 15 December 2023.
2. Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(f) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Pattison Media Ltd. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
