CFPO-FM Ottawa – Revocation of licence

First Peoples Radio Inc. has requested the revocation, effective 31 August 2025, of its broadcasting licence for the English- and Indigenous-language Indigenous (Native Type B) radio programming undertaking CFPO-FM Ottawa, Ontario, last renewed in Various radio programming undertakings – Administrative renewals, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2023-230, 28 July 2023.
Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(f) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to First Peoples Radio Inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
