Guidelines for all licensees of broadcasting undertakings serving Yukon – Territorial election

On 2 October 2025, a territorial election was announced in Yukon. The election will occur on 3 November 2025.
Any question pertaining to applicable territorial legislation should be referred to the Chief Electoral Officer of Yukon:

Licensees of all radio and television stations, discretionary services and broadcasting distribution undertakings serving any part of Yukon should familiarize themselves with the Commission’s Guidelines for TV and radio broadcasters and TV service providers during an election.
