Guidelines for all licensees of broadcasting undertakings serving the Nunavut territory – Territorial election

On 22 September 2025, a territorial election was announced in Nunavut. The election will take place on 27 October 2025.
Any question pertaining to applicable territorial legislation should be referred to the Chief Electoral Officer of Nunavut:

Licensees of all radio and television stations, discretionary services and broadcasting distribution undertakings serving any part of the Nunavut territory should familiarize themselves with the Commission’s Guidelines for TV and radio broadcasters and TV service providers during an election.
