Magnolia Network – Revocation of licence

1. HGTV Canada Inc., a subsidiary of Corus Entertainment Inc., has requested the revocation, effective 15 January 2025, of its broadcasting licence for the English-language discretionary service Magnolia Network, originally granted under the name D.I.Y. Television in D.I.Y. Television - Category 2 specialty service, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2005-513, 21 October 2005.
2. Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(f) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to HGTV Canada Inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
