Broadband Fund payment order – Approval of holdback reports - February 2025
- The Commission approves the holdback reports submitted by the following broadband funding recipient as set out below. The Commission considers that the projects have met the applicable requirements and are fulfilling the objectives of the Broadband Fund. The holdback reports demonstrate that the recipient has been operating the network for one year in accordance with the conditions of service set out in the respective funding decisions and approved statements of work. The Commission directs the Central Fund Administrator to distribute the payments to the recipient associated with these holdbacks.
