Thank you for your procedural request for an extension to file a reply to a request for information (RFI) regarding application 2024-0219-7.
On 21 July 2025, Commission staff issued a letter directing Rogers Communications Canada Inc. (Rogers) to file responses to the RFI no later than 11 August 2025. On 5 August 2025, Rogers filed a procedural request to extend the deadline for responses to the RFI to 20 August 2025. Rogers submitted that the request is due to several key staff members being away prior to the receipt of the RFI. Accordingly, Commission staff agree that the extension request is reasonable and would not result in undue delay or prejudice.
Rogers may, therefore, file a reply to the RFI by 20 August 2025.
