We appreciate your interest in this public consultation.
The deadline to file an intervention was 24 February 2025, and the deadline to file a final submission was 16 September 2025. The Commission acknowledges that you believed your intervention was submitted on 24 February 2025. However, it was not received until 17 September 2025. Your final reply was not received until 26 September 2025. Consistent with established deadlines and procedural fairness, the Commission will not accommodate your request to be included as an intervenor in this proceeding.
