Dear Imran Khan:
On 27 November 2024, the Commission received an application from Northwestel Inc. proposing changes to its Special Services Tariff CRTC 3010 in relation to Item 767, 1000 Mbps and Beyond Enterprise Internet Service Special Assembly.
Commission staff is still analyzing the application. As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
