Subject: TELUS Communications Inc. Tariff Notices 688, 4420 and 669 – Destandardization of ISDN-BRI Service

Dear Carol Ho:

On 26 November 2024, the Commission received three applications from TELUS Communications Inc. (TELUS) proposing changes to its General Tariffs. Specifically, TELUS proposed to revise i) CRTC 18001, Item 485, Integrated Services Digital Network – Basic Rate Interface (ISDN-BRI) Service; ii) CRTC 1005, Item 465, Integrated Services Digital Network – Basic Rate Interface (ISDN-BRI) Service and iii) CRTC 25080, Item 5.03, Service Multiflex.

Commission staff is still analyzing the applications.

As a result, these requests will not be processed before 45 business days after their receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial applications.
