Subject: Groupe Maskatel Québec LP – Tariff Notice No. 93 and 93A – Local Service Request (LSR) Rejection Charge
Dear Philippe Gauvin,
On 4 September 2024, the Commission received a request from Groupe Maskatel Québec L.P. (Maskatel) proposing to add section 5.1.6, Local Service Request (LSR) Rejection Charge, to its General Tariff 25030. Subsequently, on 23 September, Maskatel submitted Tariff Notice (TN) 93A, the purpose of which was to correct various errors observed in TN 93.
Commission staff are still analyzing the requests.
Consequently, these requests will not be processed within 45 business days of receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision by the end of the first quarter of 2025.
