Subject: DMTS Tariff Notice (TN) 91, KMTS TN 102, NorthernTel TN 423 and Ontera TN 156 – Clarification of Terms and Conditions

Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 5 March 2025, the Commission received applications from DMTS, KMTS and Ontera, divisions of Bell Canada, and NorthernTel Limited Partnership proposing changes to various Items of their respective General Tariffs to permit the use of non-copper-based facilities.

Commission staff is analyzing the applications.

Consequently, these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding these applications and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
