On 27 January 2025, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada proposing changes to its General Tariff, CRTC 6716, Item 4670, Limited Distance Data Service (LDDS).
Commission staff is still analyzing the application.
As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
