Dear Imran Khan:
On 24 January 2025, the Commission received an application from Northwestel Inc. proposing a change to its Special Services Tariff CRTC 3010 in relation to Item 755, Special Assembly #4 Layer 3 IP/VPN Service.
Commission staff is still analyzing the application.
As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
