Subject: Follow-up to Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2023-56 – Review of the wholesale high-speed access service framework – Supplemental Requests for Information – Extension to Disclosure Deadlines

Commission staff acknowledges receipt of the letters dated 5 May 2025 from the Competitive Network Operators of Canada (CNOC) and TekSavvy Solutions Inc., requesting an extension to the deadlines associated with requests for public disclosure of information designated as confidential in the responses to the supplemental requests for information (RFIs) issued on 3 March 2025.

Commission staff notes the extensive nature of the responses filed by several parties on 30 April 2025, which include complex costing and design details central to the proceeding. Commission staff also recognizes the concerns raised with respect to the reduced interval between the RFI response deadline and the deadline to file disclosure requests, as set out in the staff letter dated 19 March 2025.

In the interest of developing a complete and robust factual record for this proceeding, and given that a short extension will not unduly prejudice any party, Commission staff grants the requested extensions.

Accordingly, the procedural schedule is amended as follows:
