Subject: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 588 - Withdrawal of Tariffs CRTC 11003, 12002, 12003 and 13003

Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 29 April 2025, the Commission received an application from Bell Aliant, a division of Bell Canada, proposing to withdraw the following tariffs: CRTC 11003 - Island Telecom Inc., Special Facilities Tariff; CRTC 12002 - NBTel Inc., Special Services Tariff; CRTC 12003 - NBTel Inc., Special Assembly Tariff; and                       CRTC 13003 - NewTel Communications, Non-Basic Services Tariff.

Commission staff is analyzing this application.

Consequently, the application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
