Dear Carol Ho:
On 09 May 2025, the Commission received two applications from TELUS Communications Inc. (TELUS) proposing changes to its General Tariffs. Specifically, TELUS proposed to revise:
- CRTC 21461, Item 113 - General Terms of Service, Item 116 - General Terms of Service, Item 117- General Terms of Service, Item 407- Directory File Service and Item 522 - Analogue Private Line Services and;
- CRTC 25080, Item 1.02 - Modalités de service.
Commission staff is analyzing this application.
Consequently, the application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding these applications and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
