Please be informed that Exhibit A - Oversubscription Ratio, attached to this email, has been added to the public record for Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2024-318 - Making it easier for consumers to shop for Internet services.
Some interveners alluded to the oversubscription ratio metric on the public record of this proceeding. This exhibit is intended to support discussions at the Commission’s upcoming public hearing, scheduled for June 10-13, 2025, and to ensure all parties are prepared to discuss and consider the use of oversubscription ratios as a potential consumer metric for selecting Internet services. Additionally, the exhibit explores whether this metric can be clearly communicated to help consumers make informed decisions.
