Dear Imran Khan:
On 14 May 2025, the Commission received an application from Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel) proposing changes to its General Tariff CRTC 3001, Northwestel is proposing to:
- Introduce Item 1702 - Introductory Fibre-To-The-Premises (FFTP) Promotion for Atlin, BC (the ‘’promotion’’); and
- Extend Item 1733 - Winback Discount for Residential Unlimited Internet Packages.
Commission staff is analyzing this application.
Consequently, the application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding this application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
