On 13 June 2025, the Commission received an application from Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel) proposing changes to its Special Services Tariff CRTC 3010, to introduce Item 758 – Remote Internet Protocol-Virtual Private Network (IP-VPN) Service (the "SST" or the "Service").
Commission staff is analyzing this application.
Consequently, the application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding this application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
