Dear Carol Ho:
On 20 June 2025, the Commission received an application from TELUS Communications Inc. proposing the service withdrawal of its Access Services Tariff (CRTC 25082), Item 4.02, Service d’accès téléphonique Internet (“Internet Voice Access Service” or “IVAS”).
Commission staff is analyzing this application.
Consequently, the application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding this application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
