On 9 May 2025, the Commission received two applications from TELUS Communications Inc. (TELUS) proposing changes to its General Tariffs. Specifically, TELUS proposed to revise:
- CRTC 21461, Item 113 - General Terms of Service, Item 116 - General Terms of Service, Item 117- General Terms of Service, Item 407- Directory File Service and Item 522 - Analogue Private Line Services and;
- CRTC 25080, Item 1.02 - Modalités de service.
Commission staff is analyzing this application.
As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
