Subject: Bell Canada Tariff Notice (TN) 7718 – Service Provided in Out of-Footprint Territory – New Exchanges
Dear Philippe Gauvin:
On 21 May 2025, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada, proposing the addition of several new Exchanges to its General Tariff, CRTC 6716, Item 12, to reflect their intention to offer residential local exchange services in the Incumbent Territory of NorthernTel, Limited Partnership (NorthernTel).
Commission staff is analyzing this application. As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application
