On 21 July 2025, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada, under Tariff Notice 7722, requesting approval to withdraw three features from its Bell Total Connect for Small Business (BTC) service, listed under its General Tariff, CRTC 6716, Item 7028.
Commission staff is analyzing this application.
As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
